 At Heritage Sight Optical we provide a safe, respectful and welcoming environment to all our clients. We reserve the right to refused service for anything we believe is dangerous or a threat to us and our client’s safety. Discrimination, theft, intoxication, verbal or physical harassment WILL NOT BE TOLERATED 



Policy & Warranty: all frames have one year manufacturer’s defects warranty from the date of purchase. The manufacturer’s defects warranty will be denied if the frame has been mishandled or caused of an accident, charges may apply.

Coated lenses: have one year or two years manufacturer’s warranty depending on the coating chosen, from the date of purchase and one-time free replacement. No warranty applies on accidentally scratched, chipped or broken lenses.

New Orders: If an order isn’t pickup up after 3 months from the invoice date, will be donated to Lions Recycle for Sight. Any amount paid toward the order WILL NOT be refunded. 

Prescription changes: within 30 days from date of delivery, we’ll replace the lenses with the new prescription at no cost.

Frames: Trust us to help you find the perfect frame. If you aren’t happy with your frame, we understand. Frames CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED WITHIN 30 DAY FROM THE DELIVERY. A restocking fee of $50.00 will applies.

Progressive lenses: have 60 days non-Adapt policy from the date of purchase. You can exchange them for a pair of bifocals or two pairs of single-vision glasses (one for reading and one for distance) and we’ll refund any price difference.

Our service guarantee: any frame purchased at our location have a lifetime FREE adjustment, professionally cleaned whenever you need it. Nose pads and screws are FREE within the first year from the date of purchase.

We have an open-door policy: we’re dedicated eye care professionals. Your feedback good or bad helps us to improve our service. You can send us an email, write a Google review, call us or stop by for a store visit.

Customer’s frame policy: if you would like to replace the lenses on your exiting frame, or on any frame purchased outside our store, we’re happy to help you. Heritage Sight Optical isn’t responsible if the frame is scratched, lost or damaged during the process.  

Repairs: we use the utmost care when handling your frame(s) and/or lenses, there are many factors that go into why a frame may break, (i.e.: quality, age, frame material, etc…), or why lenses could become damaged.  At Heritage Sight Optical we charge a flat fee of $20.00 for adjustments on frames purchased outside our store. We’re not responsible for any damage that may occur to the frame or lenses. We offer repairs such as nose pads, screws, nylon wire, lenses shape modification, soldering, customer clip-on and more. A fee will apply based on the repair.
